Single, Double-Lane Closures Scheduled For I-684

There will be single and double lane closures on I-684 in Northern Westchester for several days as contracting crews continue maintenance activity in the area.

The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert cautioning that there will be roadwork projects in North Salem, Lewisboro and North Castle beginning on Tuesday. Sept. 4, between exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) and exit 4 (Route 172.) The closures will last through Friday, Sept. 7.

Single lane closures are expected to begin at approximately 6 p.m., with a second lane closing at 10 p.m. The work is expected to conclude each day at 3 a.m. The NYSDOT warns that during the project, motorists can expect delays and should seek alternate routes.
